Responsibilities
  • Operations Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Talent Management: Hire, train, and manage staff, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Process Improvement: Implement processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage financials, including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive team environment and maintain a strong company culture.
  • Performance Updates: Provide performance updates to senior management.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay + Bonus: $65-85k, 20% bonus of salary, typically paid quarterly.
  • Full Benefits: Health, dental, company-paid life insurance, EAP, and optional disability coverage.
  • PTO: 40 hours after 6 months, 80 hours after the first year.
  • Expected Workweek: 50 hours per week.
