About Brutto Americano

Brutto Americano is a new Italian-inspired restaurant located in the Warehouse District, part of The Barnett Hotel. We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee food service activities, manage bar and beverage operations, and develop marketing strategies. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate food and beverage costs, requisition supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to attract guests and increase sales.
  • Maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Review financial transactions, monitor budget, and ensure efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop local promotions and events.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Strong expertise in managing bar and beverage operations.
  • Experience in food and beverage programming and events.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and calculate figures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic, with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to wet and humid conditions. You will frequently work near moving mechanical parts.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for career growth, professional development, and eligibility to participate in our Operations Incentive Plan.
