Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join Deanies Seafood. This position oversees the entire dining experience, ensuring high-quality ingredients and food preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all culinary activities, including supervising staff and coordinating kitchen operations
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional guest service
  • Train and lead kitchen personnel to achieve highest standards of quality and safety
  • Create and adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs and optimize productivity

Qualifications:
