Job Overview:As a Project Manager at MassGenics, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your role will encompass various aspects of project oversight, including planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee cross-functional project initiatives to guarantee cohesive strategy implementation
  • Manage project timelines and conduct scenario analyses
  • Support gap identification and risk mitigation efforts
  • Maintain communication with key stakeholders regarding critical tasks
Essential Skills:
  • Experience in the Biotech or Cell Therapy sector is highly desirable
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets, Tableau, and MS Projects
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple lifecycle management program assignments
  • Create comprehensive project plans that align with organizational strategy
  • Facilitate scenario planning to adapt to evolving requirements
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and communicate risks effectively
  • Utilize portfolio management tools for effective tracking
  • Ensure proper resource allocation for non-clinical applications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with comprehensive CMC drug development processes
  • Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Adept at building relationships and fostering engagement
  • Experience with program management tools is advantageous
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $56.00 per hour
