  • Design and implement learning initiatives that foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the global technical community.
  • Establish and refine mechanisms to evaluate and track the readiness of field employees, providing strategic insights into ongoing programs and projects.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of programs based on stakeholder feedback and data analysis.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and strategies effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

A Day in the Life: As the Technical Field Community Scaling Lead, your focus will be on empowering the next generation of technical experts and orchestrating large-scale learning events. You will collaborate with communities of experts to align their curricula with evolving industry standards, updating their mental models and developing metrics to assess the success of learning initiatives.

About the Team: The Technical Field Communities (TFC) Program is dedicated to enhancing customer engagement with AWS by driving knowledge-sharing initiatives and connecting experts across the technical landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven track record in managing program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive improvements.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the technology sector.
  • Experience in developing learning and development programs.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, program management, or related fields.
  • Industry certifications in instructional design or curriculum development.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and corporate training practices.
