Position: Catering Captain

We are currently seeking a dedicated Catering Captain to oversee our catering operations. This role is essential in ensuring that all catering events are executed flawlessly and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the schedules of catering staff to guarantee timely delivery, service, and cleanup of all events.
  • Prepare and serve food at scheduled functions under the guidance of the Catering Director.
  • Engage with clients to discuss event requirements and address any last-minute changes or issues.
  • Provide training and direction to staff regarding service expectations and event setups.
  • Deliver food and supplies to various locations as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain the cleanliness of all catering equipment and areas.
  • Monitor food presentation and portion control to meet quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary food handling certifications as required by local regulations.
  • A valid driver's license may be necessary for transportation of catering supplies.
