ROLE OVERVIEW:

The catering event staff serve as the representatives of 4Rivers, embodying our brand and mission during events and community engagements. Your role involves preparing food in accordance with company standards for clients and ensuring they have all necessary resources for a successful event.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining product quality
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Responsible vehicle operation; representing the 4Rivers name while on the road
  • Event setup including arranging tablecloths, place settings, and buffet displays
  • Understanding Smokehouse and Coop Menu items: ingredients and proper preparation
  • Adhering to food safety protocols
Qualifications:
  • A passion for a culture rooted in charity, hospitality, goodwill, servant leadership, kindness, humility, and integrity.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with company menu offerings and operational processes.
