Sales and Partnerships Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Executive at the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attending to and advising customers on our courses and services, providing career advisory and placement, and conducting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis to help customers enroll in relevant courses for skills development and career growth.
- Provide career advisory and placement services to customers.
- Manage a sales portfolio to achieve targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Establish partnerships and collaborate with partners to organize outreach events, such as job fairs and roadshows.
- Perform related administrative and operational duties, including report submission.
- Support front-line duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Business Development, and Sales.
- Work experience with community organizations, trade associations, and other partners.
- Proficient in using MS Office and design software, with skills in social media tools an advantage.
- Positive attitude, friendly disposition, business- and customer-centric mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
