Job Overview

Pulsora, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Manager to join our Business Engagement & Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive sales pipeline development and revenue across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy in alignment with Pulsora's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, and identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach and value proposition.
  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders in the ESG ecosystem, articulating Pulsora's value proposition and benefits of a partnership.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms and conditions and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless implementation and integration of alliances into Pulsora's overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Represent Pulsora at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and foster new alliance opportunities.
  • Stay informed about the regulatory landscape and industry best practices related to ESG, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Identify and expand partner-product feedback loops to streamline information gathering and sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, environmental sciences, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, partnerships, or business development.
  • Experience tying partnership motions to specific revenue goals and driving the sales cycle.
  • Strong business acumen, highly analytical and data-driven, with experience in developing and managing partnership performance metrics, sales strategies, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives at partner companies.
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment - you move quickly, think strategically, identify opportunities, and excel at tactical execution.
  • You are a self-starter who can work on multiple projects with many stakeholders at the same time. You take ownership, sweat the details, and see projects through to the end with little/no support needed.
  • Understanding of the ESG landscape, including knowledge of relevant data providers, industry standards, and best practices is preferred.

Compensation Range: $125K - $145K
