About the Role

Landmark Ventures is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Partnership & Sales Director to lead the continued growth and success of our thriving Events Practice. As the Partnership & Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within our Events Practice, working alongside a fun and hardworking team on a robust portfolio of 100+ annual events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Development: Create and implement effective full-cycle sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop and execute long-term strategic sales plans.
  • Sales Execution: Identify and generate leads, engage and pitch prospects, develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, increased annual spend, and year-over-year renewals and growth.
  • Team Management: Collaborate, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team of approximately 2-3 Account Executives / Business Development Professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
