Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team at The ProHunters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing or construction sales
  • Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in technical sales and analyzing sales data
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong account management, business development, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment

Eligible for an aggressive incentive plan after 90 days, if the minimum metrics and KPI's are met.
