Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Equipment Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales performance
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other teams to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Current, valid driver's license with relatively clean driving record
