Insurance Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in selling Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Products. Compensation Structure: Competitive base salary complemented by attractive commission and bonus incentives for the right candidate. An active Property & Casualty license is required, while a Life and Health license is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all underwriting, rating, and regulatory standards.
- Engage in prospecting and developing new business through referrals and leads.
- Deliver outstanding client service consistently.
- Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Possession of an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Active Life and Health License or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- High School diploma required; college education preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Preferred: 2-3 years of prior experience in insurance sales.
- Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are preferred.
