Key Responsibilities:

  • Precisely input data into designated fields within various software applications
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across departments to assemble data packages
  • Work alongside Customer Service and Sales teams on technical data, contract evaluations, etc.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver professional customer support
  • Maintain and generate bookings, shipments, and commission documentation
  • Handle claims and assist with RMAs following sales
  • Organize and manage records and files
  • Oversee and process order confirmations for clients
  • Conduct order and data entry within ERP systems
  • Provide daily assistance to Sales Managers and Account Managers
  • Distribute shipping documentation and tracking details to the relevant parties
  • Verify stock and allocation within the ERP system
  • Support the Quotation Team in managing RFQs, data packages, and generating quotes
  • Review and prepare pertinent reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service and data entry roles
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Capability to acknowledge and resolve customer issues
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SAP & Paradigm is advantageous)
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts is a plus
