Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Comprehensively understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
- Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
- Deliver outstanding client service.
- Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
Qualifications
- Able to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Possession of an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Active Life and Health License or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- High School diploma required; college education preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Preferred: 2-3 years of prior experience in insurance sales.
- Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are preferred.
