Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Comprehensively understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
  • Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
  • Deliver outstanding client service.
  • Excel in building and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Possession of an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Active Life and Health License or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
  • High School diploma required; college education preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Preferred: 2-3 years of prior experience in insurance sales.
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are preferred.
