Compensation includes a base salary complemented by an attractive commission structure and bonus opportunities for the right candidate.
We offer a range of insurance products, including General Liability, Business Owners Policy, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Umbrella through Farmers Insurance. Additionally, our Broker division, Kraft Lake, provides access to Professional Liability, Surety Bonds, Builder's Risk, Contractors General Liability, Commercial Earthquake, and various other offerings. Our clientele spans multiple industries, such as dining establishments, retail, manufacturing, artisan contractors, distribution, and commercial automotive services.

Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty to our products.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients as necessary.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, marketing, and cold-calling.
- Educate clients on the commercial insurance solutions that best meet their needs.
- Establish and nurture networking relationships with business owners, accountants, attorneys, and members of local commerce organizations.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Above-average proficiency in computer applications.
- An active Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
- Possession of an active Life & Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in the commercial insurance sector is essential.
- Bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly advantageous.
- No felony convictions.
