Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead key strategic initiatives and support the global growth and commercialization of VOXZOGO for achondroplasia. This critical role will have a high degree of visibility across commercial leadership, local and regional partners, and functional leadership outside of commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the Integrated Brand Strategy for VOXZOGO, including lifecycle initiatives to grow patient population and improve patient compliance.
  2. Partner closely with Medical Affairs and Market Access to align evidence generation strategy and priorities.
  3. Develop a stronger digital strategy and internal capabilities that improve customer reach and influence in the marketplace.
  4. Effectively partner with Worldwide R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Value and Access, Product Portfolio Development, Strategic Markets and Regions to provide input into product label optimization, evidence generation, formulation and dosing enhancements that support commercial strategy and lifecycle management investments.
  5. Be an ambassador for VOXZOGO and actively contribute to the Integrated Brand Team and Product Core Team.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of professional marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
  • Track record of in-country (ideally across major markets), regional and global marketing roles with demonstrated ability working with in-country and regional partners
  • Working knowledge and understanding of multiple major pharmaceutical markets
  • Experience leading marketing team and planning and executing launch products and developing lifecycle management plans/providing commercial input to clinical development
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, comfortable with complexity
  • Strong communication skills, ability to tell a compelling story and interact with senior leaders
  • Success interacting at all levels of a matrix organizations cross-functionally and cross-geography
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment and drive decision making
  • Self-starter who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • A passion for improving patient and business outcomes
  • Ability to travel 25% of time (domestic and international)
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in market access and sales a plus
  • Rare disease experience a plus, but not necessary
