Marketing Director, Global Commercialization, Achondroplasia

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead the global commercialization of VOXZOGO for achondroplasia. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the integrated brand strategy, driving market growth, and improving patient compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for VOXZOGO, including lifecycle initiatives to grow the patient population and improve patient compliance.
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs and Market Access to align evidence generation strategy and priorities.
  • Develop a stronger digital strategy and internal capabilities to improve customer reach and influence in the marketplace.
  • Effectively partner with Worldwide R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Value and Access, Product Portfolio Development, Strategic Markets and Regions to provide input into product label optimization, evidence generation, formulation and dosing enhancements that support commercial strategy and lifecycle management investments.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of professional marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
  • Track record of in-country (ideally across major markets), regional and global marketing roles with demonstrated ability working with in-country and regional partners
  • Working knowledge and understanding of multiple major pharmaceutical markets
  • Experience leading marketing team
  • Experience planning and executing launch products and developing lifecycle management plans/providing commercial input to clinical development
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in market access and sales a plus
  • Rare disease experience a plus, but not necessary
