- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize results.
- Engage with global and local community stakeholders to ensure integration of their perspectives into marketing plans.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the impact of patient and HCP marketing plans and campaigns across various channels.
- Lead customer-facing programs and tactics, including US congress plans and presence, ad boards, educational tactics, and promotional sponsorships.
- Manage external agencies and ensure regulatory compliance of marketing materials.
- Support the development of the strategic business plan and drive annual brand planning and tactical planning for the US market.
- 8+ years of professional marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, including competitive market experience and 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Field sales experience, particularly in rare diseases, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and contingency planning skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a high-functioning, cross-functional team.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies, project budgets, and timelines.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $184,000 to $276,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
