Associate Director, HCP and Patient Marketing Lead

Job Overview

BioSpace, Inc. is a global biotechnology company that is dedicated to developing innovative medicines for patients with significant unmet medical need. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, HCP and Patient Marketing to join our US Commercial team and support the strategy and execution for both HCP and patient marketing for our phenylketonuria (PKU) franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate the Palynziq brand and drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives
  • Lead the development of key HCP and patient marketing materials, including digital channels, media, web, email, SEO/SEM, social, and virtual programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure and report on initiative impact and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinate the preparation of the annual brand plan and associated budgets
  • Partner with advertising agencies and internal graphic designers to develop, execute, and maintain key PALYNZIQ materials, as well as Kuvan when needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promotional review board (PRB) review process
  • Accountable for the HCP and Patient digital marketing plan in partnership with the Digital Strategy and Operations Teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of related experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • MBA preferred, but not required
  • Rare disease experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand scientific information and work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with/positively influence all levels of business across multiple departments
  • Ability to operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Strong analytical skills, solid general business skills, and a good understanding of the US pharmaceutical markets
