Rare Disease Specialist

Kyowa Kirin North America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rare Disease Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in establishing our company as a leader in the rare disease market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the rare disease segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, geneticists, and rheumatologists, to educate them on our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and patient services, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical and scientific developments in the rare disease space and apply this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on rare diseases.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the rare disease market and its complexities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience.
