Position Overview:

The Head of Human Resources will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing HR functions across our retail outlets. This role demands a strategic leader with practical experience in human resources management, particularly in the food and beverage sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Development:
    • Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
    • Lead the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
    • Oversee onboarding initiatives to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Promote a positive workplace culture and environment.
    • Address employee issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Implement performance review systems and provide guidance to managers on employee development.

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
    • Compile and maintain reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee retention.
  • HR Systems Oversight:

Qualifications:
