The Head of Human Resources will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing HR functions across our retail outlets. Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Development:

- Lead the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Oversee onboarding initiatives to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
- Employee Engagement:
- Promote a positive workplace culture and environment.
- Address employee issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Implement performance review systems and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
- Design training and development programs to foster employee skills and career advancement.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Compile and maintain reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee retention.
- HR Systems Oversight:
- Utilize HR software for payroll and workforce management.
- Employ collaborative tools for documentation and project management.
- Leadership and Mentorship:
- Guide and mentor the HR team.
- Work alongside other department leaders to achieve overall business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Preferred: Background in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
