Job Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for owning an assigned territory, targeting small and mid-market organizations in the healthcare, finance, energy, insurance, and public sector verticals. The primary objective is to drive revenue through new customer acquisition by mastering iboss messaging and portfolio of network security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the iboss Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform across small and mid-market organizations, focusing on closing new logos.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the way businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Legal, Product Management, Security, and Marketing, to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles and exceed team goals.
  • Leverage iboss's reseller community to build relationships and partner to drive sales.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of successful track record selling sophisticated products, owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation through close.
  • Proven track record as a consistent top performer in prior sales roles.
  • Experience selling B2B, B2E, or high-value products is not required but preferred.
  • Experience managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts.
  • Ability to build credibility as a 'Trusted Adviser' with customers.
  • Experience building a business case and delivering return on investment.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended internal team.
