Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Entry-Level Sales Account Manager. This position is designed for those who aspire to take on leadership responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service. The primary objective is to enhance brand visibility and engage customers through personalized interactions that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly manage assigned territories and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions to optimize sales performance.
  • Identify customer needs, nurture existing accounts, and document outcomes to foster new business opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customer base and product offerings to effectively recommend enhancements that boost sales.
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Account Managers to set, track, and achieve weekly sales targets.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during weekly sales meetings aimed at improving sales margins based on customer insights.
  • Engage in ongoing sales and leadership training through meetings, webinars, and collaborative calls with top-performing Sales Account Managers nationwide.

Qualifications:
  • A college degree or relevant experience in sales or marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage challenges and provide solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A competitive spirit with a desire to excel.
  • Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
