POSITION OVERVIEW


This role reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and involves visiting retail accounts, collaborating with the ASM and local distributor sales representatives to meet sales and merchandising goals.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, energetic, and creative, with experience in beverage merchandising and sales. Existing market relationships are advantageous.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure proper merchandising and representation of our brands (pricing, cold box & shelf placement, POS execution) in accordance with brand standards.
  • Promote our brand to retailers, securing distribution points in coordination with the Area Manager and local distributor sales teams.
  • Regularly engage with key accounts to assess in-account priorities.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Area Manager and distributor teams to prioritize the Atomic Brands portfolio.
  • Enhance business opportunities by securing new distribution points for company innovations.
  • Knowledge of retail chain operations is a plus.
  • Represent Atomic Brands at retail tastings and events.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS:

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Effective selling and presentation abilities are essential.
  • Innovative and creative approach to account management and business expansion.
  • Capability to develop account strategies and execute them effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with coworkers, distributors, retail representatives, and consumers.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Availability for some evenings and weekends as required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.

PREFERRED SKILL SETS:

  • College degree.
  • Experience in beverage sales or merchandising.

  • Bilingual candidates preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:


The compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, plus a monthly bonus, car allowance, cell phone allowance, and benefits.
