Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Manager, you will lead the operational activities of our guest services team to the highest levels of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise the operational activities of the guest services team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure the guest services team is meeting or exceeding expectations for telecom, front desk, and concierge services.
- Oversee room type management, training, team relations, communication, cash handling, and day-to-day supervision in partnership with front office leadership.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum two to three years of experience in front office or guest services management, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
- Experience with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management and/or business is preferred but not required.
