Front Office Team Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join our team at Lake Nona Aloft. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external guests, while leading and guiding the front desk team in their daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front desk team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide excellent guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of guest services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest interactions, feedback, and issues.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Minimum one year supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work varied shifts and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation Package: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan, is also offered.
