Job Description:

The Medical Front Desk Coordinator will operate a switchboard or multi-line phone, maintain long distance call logs, take and distribute accurate messages. They will greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs, alert appropriate parties of visitor arrival or direct visitors to the appropriate office, department or employee.

Responsibilities may include booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages. The ideal candidate should be able to respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, such as the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers and email addresses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience as a Medical Receptionist in front-office direct patient care contact
  • Experience with MS Outlook
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with willingness to learn and be cross-trained in other roles based on business need

Location:

This role is located at our CenterWell Senior Primary Care office in Orlando, Florida. We are looking for someone who can commit to working scheduled 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, with local travel possible and mileage reimbursement available.
