Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Role: Clinical Support Specialist

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the lives of others? In this role, you will work in community, vocational, or in-home environments, collaborating closely with our clinical team to implement therapeutic and behavioral strategies. Your support will empower individuals to achieve greater independence.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including social skills development, personal care, housekeeping, recreational pursuits, transportation, community engagement, shopping, and other essential tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and activities; regularly review records to stay informed about updates in service plans.
  • Provide specialized clinical knowledge, particularly for populations with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, emotional or behavioral challenges, or expertise in areas such as behavioral support and crisis intervention.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, effectively communicating information between clients and healthcare providers. Travel may be required between various locations and community settings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: Six months of experience in human services.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
