Digital Experience Partner Sales Manager

As a key member of our global partner sales and enablement team, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, product, and service organizations to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Adobe with integrity and professionalism in every interaction with our partners.
- Develop and deliver early-stage sales pipeline working closely with our field sales organization and partner service stakeholders.
- Progress and cultivate partner-attributed pipeline to closure, dealing with escalations as needed.
- Drive enablement across all partner lines of business to educate and inspire client-facing partner stakeholders to embrace, recommend, and sponsor Adobe platform offerings.
Requirements:
- 10 years' experience in a quota-based Partner Sales role and partner program development, including experience in partner enablement, partner sales, partner marketing, and managing partners at executive, VP, and/or C-level.
- Experience working in a Recurring Revenue or SaaS organization.
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in business or a similar field preferred.
We offer a competitive total target compensation (TTC) package, including a base salary and commission, as well as short-term and long-term incentives. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.
