Business Development Representative

About the Role:
Anchorage Digital is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for researching leads, engaging prospects, and driving revenue growth across all business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts for pipeline growth and top of funnel expansion across all business lines, in close partnership with sales reps and marketing stakeholders.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and sharing client feedback with product and engineering.
- Collaborate closely across departments to optimize the lead qualification and conversion process.
- Deliver timely and detailed reporting on progress.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of experience within digital assets.
- Experience in a prior BDR role within a Fintech or SaaS company.
- Self-starter and strong drive to grow business within a market-leading company.
