Executive Sales Leader for Enterprise Solutions

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team as Executive Sales Leader for Enterprise Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceed sales quota targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the digital video industry and experience in value selling. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required, and 8+ years of experience in sales is preferred.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and coaching your team to achieve success. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with customer executives to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
Our compensation package includes a base salary of $**125,000** per year, plus on-target commissions. Additional benefits include bonus or commission, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), paid time off, generous 401k match, wellbeing resources, and more.
