The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Leader who can drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and foster lasting relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in solution-selling, enterprise sales, and quota attainment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and outcomes
- Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of Instabase solutions
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships in the territory
- Collaborate with Engineering and Solution Architects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs
About You
- 5+ years of experience in solution-selling and enterprise/B2B sales
- Ability to grow the install base and sell directly to whitespace accounts
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
- High aptitude for navigating enterprises and developing key contacts
- Research and data-driven approach to account planning
