Compensation Range: $45,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize client service inquiries
  • Record time spent assisting clients in Salesforce
  • Address service inquiries promptly
  • Identify and implement solutions for client challenges
  • Facilitate phone support and training sessions
  • Track and analyze service request trends
  • Stay informed about software enhancements
  • Engage effectively with clients
  • Guide clients in utilizing support resources

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records software
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
