About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Client Associate to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our Financial Advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Support: Provide timely and accurate support to Financial Advisors and clients, ensuring seamless execution of transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all client materials are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner, while also supporting the identification, deepening, and maintenance of client relationships.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with Financial Advisors to identify opportunities for business growth and development, while also promoting the bank's offerings and services to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
