Kuraray America, Inc. is currently seeking a Regional Sales Leader to oversee operations in designated territories.

Your Responsibilities:


In the role of Regional Sales Leader, you will be accountable for driving sales performance across all assigned accounts, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

This position requires effective management of sales priorities while adhering to established budgetary guidelines.


Key Duties:
- Lead sales execution across local, regional, and national accounts
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives effectively
- Monitor and manage profit and loss statements
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, focusing on professional development
- Mentor and guide direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, serving as a liaison with sales leadership
- Engage regularly with store-level and local chain representatives
- Ensure compliance with marketing agreements and provide insights to national teams
- Execute channel, packaging, and pricing strategies as directed by leadership
- Communicate market conditions and competitive insights to the sales team
- Represent the company in community and industry forums as necessary
- Promote corporate initiatives that enhance employee engagement and morale

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer products or direct sales
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record in accordance with company policy

Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in team management and budget oversight
- Proficiency in computer applications and database management skills
