Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets to broaden our client base
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales updates to the team to track progress towards organizational objectives
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain an updated list of leads, ensuring agents have the necessary information for the listing and closing processes
  • Qualify prospective clients by gathering relevant information before advancing them in the sales pipeline, facilitating a streamlined sales experience for agents
  • Convert potential clients into qualified real estate leads through consistent follow-up via phone and email, enhancing communication and integrating them into the sales pipeline
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific regions to expand our clientele
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must possess or be in the process of obtaining a real estate license
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential
