Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to support our expanding Recruiting team and facilitate the growth of our Go-to-Market functions. This role will involve managing scheduling, overseeing onsite interview processes, and providing essential support to our Recruiting team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to evolve into full-cycle recruiting responsibilities as they grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, managing scheduling and communications effectively.
- Oversee the onsite interview experience, ensuring candidates feel welcomed and prepared for their meetings.
- Coordinate between hiring managers and candidates to align expectations, processes, and timelines.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners to ensure smooth execution of outsourced searches.
- Maintain accurate records of job postings and candidate data in our tracking systems.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in recruitment support or a similar organizational role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume scheduling while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or transferable CRM skills is a plus.
