Role Overview: Crunch Fitness is seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment team. You will also assist in various aspects of the recruitment process as required.
Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Director of Recruiting at Crunch Fitness.
Travel Requirements: Occasional local travel may be necessary for recruitment initiatives.
Location: Opportunities for hybrid or remote work arrangements are available.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to devise sourcing strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates for Personal Trainer positions.
- Identify and implement methods to cultivate and sustain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
- Establish connections with educational institutions, personal training academies, and industry professionals to broaden the candidate network.
- Support the organization and participation in recruitment events and job fairs to draw in fitness talent.
- Engage with candidates during events, providing insights about Crunch Fitness and available roles.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
- Post and update job listings in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and across various platforms.
- Maintain accurate and current records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and gather recruitment-related documentation, including employment contracts and certifications.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or sourcing roles is essential.
- A strong passion for fitness and a foundational understanding of the Personal Trainer role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all recruitment processes are executed smoothly.
- Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a sense of urgency in filling key positions.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving recruitment needs and priorities.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
