Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Pay Rate: $41/hour

Position Overview:

North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. We're looking for a professional with at least 2 years of corporate experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and interact seamlessly with high-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule candidate interviews and manage candidates through the recruiting, offer, and background screening process in Greenhouse.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for campus recruiting events and in-office Sell Days.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to schedule behavioral interview certifications.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Previous experience in administrative, HR-related, or campus recruiting support.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, superb organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with candidates, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm.
  • Proficiency with an ATS, particularly Greenhouse, is a plus.

Contract Details:

  • This is a 6-month contract role.
  • While this role is not being marketed as temp-to-hire, there is potential for the right candidate to transition into a full-time role if they excel during the contract period, as the company is currently experiencing significant growth.
