POSITION SUMMARY

  1. Oversee the recruitment process for professional-level roles across various corporate departments and manufacturing sites as designated.
  2. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in sourcing and recruiting within a manufacturing context, particularly in Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage comprehensive recruiting activities including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Facilitate a collaborative recruiting strategy session with essential stakeholders to define expectations and timelines for the recruitment process while creating an ideal candidate profile.
  • Formulate sourcing strategies and establish effective communication protocols with hiring managers and the HR team.
  • Experience in handling professional-level job openings (20+ active requisitions) across multiple locations.
  • Engage in passive recruitment – identify, assess, and qualify top talent using Applicant Tracking Systems/CRM, online databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Identify and utilize alternative sourcing techniques.
  • Develop and implement tools to manage candidates in the pipeline and efficiently track candidates sourced from various channels to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
  • Assess candidates based on job specifications and apply behavioral-based interviewing methods to evaluate knowledge and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the interview panel and establish behavioral competencies and interview questions for the selection process.
  • Conduct interviews and lead debrief sessions to finalize candidate selections.
  • Upon selection, recommend and extend offers to candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation Partners to review compensation details. Oversee all pre-employment checks and onboarding procedures.
  • Ensure compliant applicant tracking for filled positions.
  • Demonstrate a strong drive for achievement, resilience, adaptability, and commitment to meeting objectives.
  • Exhibit professionalism, organizational skills, strong communication, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build relationships across the organization.
  • Consistently achieve performance metrics as defined by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers as needed.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of market data related to labor trends, competitor hiring practices, and new sourcing opportunities.
  • Administer hiring processes to ensure compliance with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran hiring guidelines, and other governmental compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting with in-depth knowledge of human resources, marketing, and finance functions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Advanced skills in Workday to effectively manage, prioritize, and complete recruiting searches within established timelines, utilizing benchmarks and metrics.
