The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the management and organization of various projects to meet specific objectives. This includes tracking critical dates and ensuring that project milestones are achieved. The Coordinator will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, leading productive meetings and maintaining detailed administrative records of project statuses, critical paths, predicted completion dates, and associated risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Utilize intermediate skills in SharePoint for project management.
  • Influence and collaborate effectively across different organizational levels.
  • Lead diverse teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Define and document processes, promoting continuous improvement through metrics.
  • Manage complex, strategic projects with a focus on successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to project management.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Handle conflict management effectively, ensuring resolution.
  • Adapt quickly to new applications and technologies.
  • Develop effective relationships with all organizational levels.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Conduct quality control on engineering projects.
  • Possess extensive experience (5+ years) in OSP field and design engineering.
  • Engage with clients in the field, including municipalities and construction vendors, to discuss project requirements.
  • Participate in field meetings as necessary.
  • Prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
