Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at HEI Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, providing clear and concise information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Assist the Front Office Manager in managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, using clear and professional language.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, using good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other front office staff to ensure seamless guest service and efficient front desk operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year experience in customer service in hospitality or a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
