Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alutiiq Information Management LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and receive visitors, callers, and mail; manage visitor badges and packages.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and helpful assistance to visitors, callers, and colleagues; respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with inventory management, maintain records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Security and Safety: Monitor closed-circuit security televisions and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in administrative software and systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
