Job Overview:

The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of a specialized clinical or support program. This role ensures that quality, cost-effectiveness, and service outcomes are optimized. The manager holds 24-hour accountability for the delivery of patient care within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning initiatives for the program.
  • Oversee the operational management to maintain high standards of service and a safe working environment.
  • Manage personnel in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
  • Ensure financial stewardship of the program while achieving optimal service outcomes.
  • Advocate for patients and families, upholding ethical practices.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and support nursing research within the program.
  • Exhibit reliability and high productivity levels.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the nursing department.
  • Promote professional growth for oneself and team members.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Experience:

  • A minimum of four years of RN experience, including two years in a management role (e.g., Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager).

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current nursing license or valid permit to practice in Texas.
  • Certification relevant to the specialty must be obtained within one year of employment.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience.
