Position Overview

The role of Senior Financial Analyst, Pain Management is pivotal in steering the financial strategy for our Pain category. This position is integral to the Finance team and reports directly to the Finance Manager for the US Self Care division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a vital contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for the Pain category.
  • Provide analytical and strategic support for enterprise-level decision-making in collaboration with Local Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Project Management, and Global Marketing teams.
  • Oversee comprehensive marketing P&L management in partnership with cross-functional teams, continuously assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Manage Brand Marketing Expenses and optimize investments to align with our financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with category leaders on sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Deliver timely and precise financial data related to forecasts, new product initiatives, and budgetary considerations.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, presentations, and process enhancement initiatives across finance and other management sectors.
Qualifications

Required:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is essential.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen in forecasting, accounting, and investment analysis are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse business partners while managing a complex product portfolio is essential.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills are crucial.
  • This role may involve limited domestic travel.
Preferred:
  • Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP and OneStream is preferred.
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to various organizational levels is a plus.
