Position Overview

Kenvue is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Senior Analyst, External Financial Reporting. This position is integral to the External Reporting team and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated external financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
  • Support the quarterly review and annual audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and disclosure requirements to provide guidance to stakeholders.
  • Prepare quarterly disclosure checklists in line with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Implement control procedures to uphold the integrity of reported financial results.
  • Identify and address issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct accounting research and assist in the interpretation of complex reporting requirements.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and external reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
  • Proficient presentation and technical research abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster stakeholder relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Desired:
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience in public accounting or within a public company environment.
