Position Overview

Kenvue is seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst for External Financial Reporting.

This role is integral to the External Reporting team and will report directly to the Director of External Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated external financial statements (10K, 10Q, etc.) in compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
  • Support the quarterly review and annual audit processes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of accounting standards and disclosure requirements to assist stakeholders effectively.
  • Prepare quarterly disclosure checklists in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to various control procedures and edit checks to maintain the integrity of reported financial results.
  • Identify and follow up on issues requiring resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct accounting research and assist in the interpretation and implementation of complex reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and/or external (SEC) reporting.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and business partnering skills.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities.
  • Proficient technical research skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous process improvement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CMA, Chartered Accountant, or CGMA.
  • Experience in public accounting or within a public company environment.
