This role will report directly to the Director of External Reporting and is based in our corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated external financial statements (10K, 10Q, etc.) in compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
- Support the quarterly review and annual audit processes.
- Maintain an understanding of accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements to assist stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare quarterly disclosure checklists in alignment with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Ensure adherence to various control procedures and edit checks to uphold the integrity of reported financial results.
- Identify issues for follow-up and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct accounting research and assist in the interpretation and implementation of complex reporting standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with financial statements and/or external (SEC) reporting.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and business partnering skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- Proficient technical research skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous process improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CMA, Chartered Accountant, or CGMA.
- Experience in public accounting and/or within a public company environment.
