Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing data and delivering insights to enhance operational efficiency. Your primary duties will include:

  • Requirements Gathering & User Story Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and articulate business requirements. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, transforming these insights into user stories for review by the technical product owner.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends and insights that can drive business improvements. Develop and maintain agile project dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate data representation.
  • Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing and validation of configured solutions. Work with the testing team to create test cases and plans, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs and adhere to acceptance criteria.
  • Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation to assist stakeholders in understanding developed solutions, including solution roadmaps and progress reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the technical product owner in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs are met and aligning solutions with organizational goals.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist in executing initiatives by applying standards for scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis capacity.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • SAFe Agile 6.0 certification (PM/PO or General).
  • At least 3 years of experience with custom and vendor-managed technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of CPG industry performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Jira software.
